James Wilhelm brings nearly two decades of corporate leadership experience to the table. His extensive background includes key leadership roles with 1-800Accountant, First Data Corporation, and Select Personnel Services. During his tenure with these organizations, James became known as the “go to” person to launch new initiatives, and build or rebuild organizational capability. James’ diverse education and experience includes; small business and national sales, mergers and integration, sales effectiveness, leadership development and executive coaching, talent acquisition, and organizational and business development. He is highly regarded for his ability to leverage this broad experience in developing creative and visionary business plans and exceptional execution strategy.
In James’ most recent role as Sr. Vice President Enterprise Partnerships for First Data Corporation, he led a team of sales and client relations professionals in both establishing and increasing First Data’s business with US and global organizations like Sam’s Club, US Foods, Dell, and Office Depot, and played a critical role in the launch of the Clover Station by developing and executing First Data’s plan to distribute through strategic partnerships.
For more than 30 years, Don Pysola has earned a reputation for crafting comprehensive, effective and successful sales and management strategies, while using a tactical and pragmatic approach to the marketplace. Don has held leadership positions with ADP and First Data Corp. During his tenure with First Data, he established PNC Merchant Services, an equity alliance with First Data and the 13th largest merchant processor in the United States, with a portfolio of $17B in processing volume. He developed affinity marketing programs with AT&T, Verizon, and Restaurant Depot, implemented unique client pricing programs that have been adopted by virtually every merchant processing company in the United States, as well as provided developmental feedback for First Data's revolutionary new Clover POS System, field boarding system Snap, and market analytics service, Insightics.
Most recently in his positions as Sr. Vice President / Regional Vice President of Sales at First Data Corp., Don successfully lead a team of up to 750 Business Consultants to unsurpassed levels of productivity and revenue generation. He is highly regarded for his ability to form strategic alliances that aid in the development of key referral partners and referral banks. Don recongnizes and understands the challenges in the marketplace and diligently leverages his broad based experience and drive to keep his teams winning.
David Eberting is the Chief Operations Officer of GBS Ventures where he heads up the daily operations of the company and card payment integration with strategic partners. With 15+ years of business strategy and development experience he is an asset to any venture he becomes involved in.
David has extensive experience mentoring sales professionals and developing sales teams in both short and long term sales processes. A Graduate of the University of Utah with BS in Community and Consumer Studies which set the foundation for an understanding of how government regulation and corporate self-regulation affects spending trends in both the public and private sectors. Career highlights include being on the development teams of multiple Point of Sale, Telemedicine, e-commerce startups, and winning awards for sales ability.
David’s passion for business development, relationship building, and work ethic is key to his success in every endeavor. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife Heather and two children, Will 3, and Savannah 1.
